Martin Rogersson

Born 1969. Chairman of the board since May 2018. Board member since March 2015.

Rogersson operates Ranriki whose main business is forest management. Rogersson has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm with focus on manufacturing. Rogersson has held, among others, the following positions; Project Manager Global Production, Atlas Copco RCE AB (2007 – 2009), Vice President of Global Production, Dynapac Group AB (2005 – 2007), Director of Purchasing for Business Line Compact Equipment, Volvo Construction Equipment, Konz, Germany (1999 – 2005) and Head of production & amp; Purchasing Business Unit Milk Transport, De Laval AB. Rogersson has extensive experience and knowledge, especially in industrial engineering processes such as supply chain and product improvement, as well as extensive insight in the procurement process within the large OEMs, particularly in the commercial vehicle industry.

Leif Herlitz

Born 1948. Board member since May 2017.

Leif Herlitz (Nyström) has a long experience of leading positions in companies that work in public transport and, among other things, has worked as CEO of Scania Bus Nordic AB. He holds a degree in economics and economics from Stockholm University, as well as a solid national market experience from long-term employment within the Scania organization. With this in mind, Leif Herlitz has many years of experience in liberalization in public transport by buses and procurement processes for both traffic managers and operators.

Elisabeth Lindström Dupuy

Born 1964. Board member since May 2021.

Board member of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce, China and Beijing Chapter Chairman of the Board since 2019. Works since 1995 for Sandvik, mostly for Sandvik Coromant, with both manufacturing and sales of metalworking tools. Through Sandvik, Elisabeth Lindström Dupuy has gained a broad and solid experience of the engineering industry and its different needs in both Europe and China (9 years). Strategy work, business development, productivity improvements and change work have been important parts of his assignments, both as head of production units in France, Germany and China, but also as head of the sales organization. In her current job as head of the sales organization in North Asia, business development and change work towards digitization have been in focus, as well as m / a assignments, where Elisabeth Lindström Dupuy’s role is the relationship building. Through her work in the Chamber of Commerce, she has gained a good insight into how Swedish and other international companies have been able to establish themselves and grow in China. Elisabeth Lindström Dupuy is from Beijing and speaks Chinese.

Per-Erik Bjurenborg

Born 1962. Board member since May 2021.

Per-Eric has extensive experience of working as CEO and company manager for several companies in public transport and sanitation / recycling. Per-Eric also has a broad and solid experience that includes positions such as production director, technical director and sales manager. Per-Eric has previously sold buses for both European and Chinese manufacturers. He also has extensive experience of buying buses and running maintenance under his own auspices. Against this background, Per-Eric has gained extensive experience in CEO board and ownership issues, general management, operational leadership, strategy development, sales development and acquisitions / divestments of companies.
